I'm Emily and I am a User Researcher.
I started my career some 15 years ago as a marketing and research analyst and developed a love of software engineering. I have found myself working in marketing, tech and product.
I use various user research methods throughout the full product lifecycle from surveys, to interviews and user testing, in order to gather insights from users and find solutions that will help improve products for everyone.
